Counselling sessions are unique and personalised. Sessions can be in-person, in-home or online. Nature based options also available. Heather Therapies is a therapeutic haven for all. It is a place where parents are equipped with the tools to navigate the complexities of parenthood and where children are supported to express their emotions.

I am client-centred and trauma-informed. I enjoy working with new and expecting parents. As a parent myself, I understand how challenging those first few months (and years!) can be when welcoming a new baby. To help, I offer in-home counselling sessions and support, a perfect option for birth debriefing.
