I have completed my Masters of Counselling and I'm a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). I have past experience in a school environment counselling adolescents and currently support young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. I have experience supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression and suicide ideation. I am also trained in assessment, intake and brief intervention.I do all my counselling through a trauma informed lens and I tailor each session to the individual’s personality, interests and life stage. I understand that counselling isn’t for everyone and do my best to adapt the counselling sessions to the young person’s needs. I have experience in behavioural difficulties, emotional regulation, grief & loss and complex family and other relationships. With a person-centred/holistic approach to counselling, I am incredibly passionate about working with young people and supporting to them to develop confidence, healing and personal growth. My warm and empathic approach to counselling enables me to gently support young people towards their path of change. . Please note - I am not currently providing private counselling services.

• Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology
