Grace
is a registered counsellor and certified Clinical Trauma Professional who has
extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship
difficulties, family violence victim-survivors, and parental challenges. Throughout her career, she has
had the privilege of working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds,
including LGBTIQA+ clients, who often face unique challenges related to their
sexual orientation, gender identity, and societal discrimination.
Drawing
on trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy,
Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Informed Therapy. Grace works collaboratively
with her clients and provides a non-judgmental safe space for her clients to
explore the challenges and uncertainty brought to therapy.
Grace’s
vision is about supporting her clients in balancing their minds, bodies, and
souls for optimal well-being and happiness. Grace’s clients receive an
integrated approach and therapeutic care tailored to their needs and interests.
