I am a counsellor with over two decades of experience working across not-for-profit organizations, the private sector, secondary education, community health services, and private practice in Melbourne, Australia.I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist with adolescents and adults who have experienced interpersonal difficulties, and presentations linked to self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stages to name a few.My approach is person-centered, collaborative, trauma-informed when appropriate, and relational.Working as a counsellor has introduced me to many life stories and diverse world views that have enriched my life in so many ways. It is for this reason that I always thank those I work with for trusting me and finding the courage to share their life's journey.
