Hadassah supports insight into the body and felt sense via somatic and symbolic experiencing, to access and integrate your inner resources and wisdom. Participants are supported with tools and practices to listen for the need’s underneath feelings and behaviours.

Hadassah brings embodied lived experience together with her qualifications, and a multitude of spiritual training and practice to her work.

Every change brings with it a transition period. Pausing and seeking support here, is key to germinating the next phase.
