1 hour of combining traditional counselling talk therapy with complementary therapies where the psychological, physical and spiritual complications of issues and behaviours are considered and explored to assist you. This is done by:
Gaining an understanding of the difficulties and issues you are experiencing.
Supporting you in making the changes needed to improve your personal or relationship challenges.
Assisting you in working towards better mental wellbeing, improved relationships with those in your life and yourself.
Arming you with tools and methods to practice in your day to day life.
