Level 1 Counsellor located on the Sunshine Coast. I have worked predominately with clients effected by natural disasters in rural communities, farming families and youth. My approach to counselling is very person-centred, with solution-focused & CBT method for behaviour change. I am incredibly passionate about rural Australian communities, the wellbeing of youth and giving access to educational materials advocating for a higher sense of wellbeing. Counselling is offered via phone or zoom, you can contact me via email with a suitable time for an intake phone conversation.
