I'm an ACA Registered Counsellor and an advocate for neurodiversity affirming practice and parenting. I'm also an experienced NESA Accredited Teacher and multiply neurodivergent myself. For many years my passion for helping others and my hyper-focus on neurodiversity, allied health and mental health, was my drive to provide the absolute best support for parents of newly identified Autistic children & Teens. I've been advocating amongst others to shift mindsets and to ensure parents are given affirming and up to date tools and knowledge to get them on the right track from the very start of their journey. My goals of supporting families came to fruition in 2023 when ASK Counselling was born, and I was privileged to support countless families as a genuinely caring, helpful and understanding therapist. 
 
I soon became Australia's ONLY Licensed Cothu Facilitator and in 2024 I launched the 
ULTIMATE parent program for parents of Autistic children & teens!
