Imagine what could change for you rather than pushing through the anxiety, you had inner balance and felt more confident to take on everyday challenges with ease. Anxiety can present with different symptoms such as stress, low self-esteem, fear ie palpitations or sweating, difficulties with memory and brain fog, feelings of loneliness, isolation or avoidance, frustration and anger management issues, procrastination, reliance on unhelpful coping mechanisms such as overworking, striving for perfectionism, self-sabotaging, performance anxiety in various situations, sleep disturbances, the occurrence of panic attacks and depression.I became a therapist to support women in overcoming their challenges relating to anxiety. My goal is to help women understand the root cause of their anxiety, manage their symptoms, and break free from self-limiting beliefs, through mindfulness, self-compassion, EFIT, and CBT-based intervention, so that they can transform their relationship with themselves.I truly believe that every woman already has an innate strength and resilience – my purpose is to help them access it and show them everything that is possible when they embrace their anxiety instead of fighting it or avoiding it. You have all the strength and courage you need to move forward with your life, but there is no shame in asking for help.
