Many years of volunteering in the community have opened my eyes to the struggles of families, individuals and couples, especially those from the migrant community. These experiences have inspired me to study counselling to make a real difference in the lives of others. My work as a counsellor has allowed me to walk with people from all avenues of life as they seek to find meaning, answers, help and understanding. I aim to bring insight into their behaviour, self-thought and eventually, the ability to change and move forward in their journey.Bringing insight into our struggles allows us to find meaning and hope and ultimately to find the strength to work through change and find new directions in life. Through evolution, we are empowered to bring healing and restoration to ourselves and our relationships with others.
