Jacqui provides a creative, non-blaming, multimodal approach to her Psychotherapy/Counselling work. She uses arts based processes to facilitate self expression, communication, self awareness and personal development. Representations and experiences are not interpreted. No artistic ability is necessary. It is through being together that we can make sense of our lived experience. As new understandings emerge we can find ways to develop, and live differently.Jacqui holds a Master Degree in Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy from the MIECAT Institute. She has a background in teaching including Rudolf Steiner training, and has undertaken extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (including Trauma Informed Practice) and training in Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, ASIST (Suicide Intervention), and Mindfulness.
