If you haven't tried therapy before, this may all seem daunting right now but I assure you, it can be very rewarding!
If you're feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, sad, or low in self-esteem, or if you're feeling stuck, or are simply seeking personal growth & self-discovery strategies, I could be helpful :)
I offer a nurturing, empathetic, and compassionate space, and am balanced, adaptable, and practical in my approach. It really brings me so much joy to be able to hold a safe and supportive space as you navigate challenges.
I understand that it can feel a little intimidating reaching out to a new therapist for the first time. You may not know what to ask, or how it all works, and you may not even be 100% sure you actually want to commit to a session. All of this is completely okay! Wherever you are, feel free to reach out, and together we can navigate what you need from there.
