I apply my mental health credentials and skills to support clients who are facing various challenges, such as suicide ideation, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have completed a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and multiple certifications in Mental Health First Aid. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science-Psychology and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.I have several years of experience in counselling, working with children and adults from diverse backgrounds and situations. I use a range of therapies, such as Person-Centred, Narrative, Solution-focused, Grief, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients cope and heal. I offer Christian counselling and also specialize in working with clients who have supernatural or cult experiences, as I have a personal interest and understanding of these topics. My goal is to empower clients to overcome their difficulties and find hope and resilience.
