Sometimes we just need to be heard. I have a passion for people and finding what makes them unique and individual. I am passionate about mental health. I have worked in nursing and mental health roles for many years.I graduated in 2016 with a Diploma of Counselling through Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. I graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Social Science Psychology through Chales Sturt University.Since studying I have worked in several roles gaining the skills and experience in trauma informed care.Cogntive Behavioural Therapy or (CBT) is my favourite therapy. However, there is no one size fits all approach and counselling often calls for an aclectic approach of combining several therapies.
