I am highly motivated Psychological Science Graduate from the Australian Catholic University looking to develop
my practical skills in my chosen field of study and practice. I have over 10 years’ experience of
ongoing youth care work, working in homes and one-on-one with individuals, helping them overcome obstacles
while keeping them safe and involved in their communities. I have worked hard in assisting them unlock their
potential for growth and for more diverse future and to use their trauma as ammunition.
I intend to apply my current education, my work experience and my passion to secure employment with an
organisation that embraces teamwork, development, innovation, growth and long-term job stability. I am also in a stable, challenging position where I can continue to learn and develop new skills.
I can relate and communicate effectively with all backgrounds and am able to go beyond existing challenges to do so.
I hope to bring my pro-active attitude and passion for helping others to any future role I fill. I am able to recognise,
anticipate and focus on specific client needs and advocate on behalf of the client. I am capable of communicating
clearly and accurately in order to understand the views of others.

establish cooperative and productive relationships by understanding and responding to the needs of others. Strong
ability to work one on one, as well as in a team environment. Ability to take direction and work collaboratively

resources to achieve a specific goal within a given time frame if required. Ability to use initiative as well as high
level organisational and time management skills and efficient computer literacy skills and ability to use electronic
management systems.
I have a wide and extensive knowledge in logistic which I would love to work with such a reputable company to
provide my expertise to aid the company in growing, to work in such a great team and grow, and also learn from
such a reputable company.
