I am a compassionate, trauma-informed counsellor, dedicated to supporting
clients through life’s challenges with a warm, open-minded and
non-judgemental approach.
My practice is grounded in a somatic (body-oriented), strengths-based
and relational approach, helping clients navigate difficult
experiences, gain clarity, and cultivate greater self-acceptance and
meaning in their lives. I am passionate about helping people thrive and
move towards their full potential.
My approach is tailored to client’s unique needs, drawing on a wide
range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused
Therapy (SFT), Narrative and Existential approaches, Family Systems,
Motivational Interviewing, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Internal
Family Systems (IFS/parts work), and coaching.
My work is also informed by the latest insights from neuroscience,
nervous system regulation, and holistic mental health, including Somatic
Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Hakomi and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I support people experiencing:
- Stress and anxiety
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD
- Recovery from dysfunctional family dynamics
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Relationship challenges
- Low self-esteem and self-criticism
- Burnout and workplace stress
- A sense of disconnection or loss of meaning
If you’re seeking compassionate support on your journey towards healing and personal growth, I’m here to help.
