Jason has had a passion for helping others throughout his life. His practice focuses on a Mindfulness Based Person Centered Therapeutic Approach when working with his clients. Jason sees all clients as unique and works with them all in a nonjudgmental and open way in a strengths focused approach. He is very passionate about working with adults with adhd, autism and other forms of neurodiversity. Often incorporating Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into his practices as well as a broad range of other approaches that he has developed throughout his studies and experience over the years. Available for long-term or short-term therapy offering support in: ADHD/ ASD Coaching and Support - Anxiety, Stress & Depression Management- Relationship Issues - Conflict Resolution - Abuse and Trauma - Grief & Loss - Goal Setting - Self Esteem - Motivation - Social Anxiety - Addiction. Jason ensures that the client/ therapist relationship is a warm, respectful, professional and open one where the client feels as comfortable as possible.
