I work  very holistically and from a strong bio-psycho-social framework having trained in a variety of modalities to better support my clients.I am a Registered Counsellor, Myotherapist, Life Coach  and Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiologist totalling 20 plus years of holding transformational space for clients.I am a mother of three children including extremely premature twins who are now teenagers.When treating children I have a special interest in autism, ADHD, eating disorders and suicide ideation.Other areas of interest are grief, life transitions and anxiety.My client is always held in a safe space of non judgement to enable the magic of healing to occur.I am an adult trainer.
