As an Art Therapist I have integrated my knowledge and experience of art, communication and art therapy techniques to create a
kinaesthetic program, which uses art and the senses as a way to steer through an issue/problem. Through relaxation, art, movement, music and meditation, ‘Wellbeing thru Art’ focuses on and nutures the whole self. This gentle counselling process does not require any
previous art experience by the client. It is not about the art, it’s about the process. When art is included in a session, it becomes a way to express feelings and thoughts.
