With lived experience, a caring heart & a belief that we all have what we need inside of us, I will walk beside you, support you, share information & strategies to help you unlock all you need to move forward to happiness. My range of qualifications & experience give me valuable insight & understanding to be able to give you the support & care you need.

I am committed to reducing the stigma around mental illness and making a positive change in the community. I do this through education. I love sharing the Mental Health First Aid course because it is evidence-based, up to date knowledge about Mental Health. I truly believe, together, we CAN make a difference.
