Jenny has worked with individuals through a range of issues for over 25 years. Jenny is experienced in counselling with clients who wish to work on substance use, mental health, anxiety and depression, anger management and domestic violence.Her work is grounded in strengths based, solution focused and client focused approaches, utilising cognitive behaviour therapy, gestalt, and trauma informed practice.
