in Counselling and Community Services and has a background in education.
Jess specialises in helping individuals navigate life

integrates solution-focused techniques with narrative therapy, empowering
clients to develop resilience and achieve their personal goals.
In addition to her one-on-one counselling sessions, Jess conducts
workshops on stress management and emotional wellness, fostering a supportive
community for mental health awareness. Outside of her practice, she enjoys horse
riding, cooking, and volunteering at local organisations.
