and Educator with over 25 years Counselling, Coaching, Teaching & Supervisor experience (Govt/Non Govt & National/International). I encourage clients to
explore ideas honestly and openly in a safe and non-bias picturesque green
space cabin. A variety of methods, knowledge and experiences compliments the
counselling space, and all interactions are non-judgmental, confidential and
focused toward each client. Having qualifications in various methods including CBT,
Solution Focussed and Narrative Therapy I support clients optimise their
emotional, social, cognitive, physical and overall wellbeing to build capacity
and self-worth.  I offer individual,
family, couple counselling; coaching; and supervision.  I specialise in neurodiversity, anxiety,
trauma, PTST and ‘best self’ (face-fact/online).
