I have a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Master of Rehabilitation Counselling, 2011 (University of Sydney) and Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, 2013 (Jansen Newman Institute).Experienced in working with adults on an individual or group basis who are experiencing a variety of issues and difficulties. I have a wide variety of both professional and life experience, from bereavement, depression, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, negative childhood experiences, relationship and sexual issues, to work related issues and substance misuse.
