Jocelyn is an experienced Psychological Counsellor with a work background in a clinical mental health setting in an NGO and Rehab Centre,Telehealth.and EAP. Jocelyn is university qualified in Applied Psychology and Counselling, helping those experiencing distress in their lives as a result of relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress and loss. Individual, couples counselling and group work are Jocelyn's speciality using various evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness to name a few.Jocelyn incorporates a caring, non-judgemental, solution focused approach with all her clients. She is qualified to facilitate the Circle of Security Parenting Program which is an evidenced based therapy modelled on secure attachment for children 0 to five years of age.Jocelyn's personal and professional experiences provides her with insight and mastery into what is needed for change.  Through collaboration, focus and hard work, Jocelyn believes that change can take place so that individuals, couples and families can reach their true potential.
