Over the last 6 years Jodi has supported people to identify and achieve their goals. After becoming aware of her passion to support people on their journey to wellness Jodi completed her formal studies with a diploma of Counselling early in 2017. Jodi’s passion is to assist people so that they are ready to implement changes. Her role is to provide attentive, non-judgmental, solution focused support so clients can release and reintegrate overwhelming experiences, create and achieve their goals and manage depression, anxiety, stress and conflict. Online or phone conversations allow clients the freedom to access support in their comfortable space to unpack their feelings, thoughts, reflections, behaviours and experiences and this is often preferred by many people working shifts. When life overwhelms us, the experience impacts our work, mind, body, spirit and relationships -personal and work colleagues, such experiences stay trapped in our bodies until we find a safe and respectful way of releasing it.
