variety of treatment options, including Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT),
Mindfulness and motivational interviewing. John works with clients with concerns of anxiety, depression,
relationship issues, domestic and family violence perpetrator or victim issues, and drug and alcohol issues.

abilities, not your disabilities and uses evidence-based support to help you regain control of your identity and
life, having hope in your life and living a life that has meaning for you, whether that be through work,
relationships, community engagement, by providing you early intervention to connect with mental health and
support services, to help reduce the long term impacts of your mental health.
