My employment history includes a range
of experiences in church, non-profit and healthcare settings that have taught
me a lot about people and even more about myself.  Seasons of growth and personal fulfilment
alongside disappointments, new beginnings, both forced and chosen have all
shaped and contributed to the process of discovering who I am. 

I have found that not all of us
get to this point and often, for very good reasons.  For some, life’s journey has included an
array of challenges, disappointments, unimaginable trauma and confusion that
have made it an altogether difficult experience.  However, with support and a greater
understanding of self, I believe it is not only possible to find a way forward
but to experience healing as well.

In addition to my private
practice, I have previously worked in a private psychiatric
hospital in Sydney, providing individual counselling and facilitating wellbeing
groups for inpatients with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addiction and
various other mental health challenges. My qualifications include;
