Arukah Counselling and Wellbeing exists to provide a supportive and caring therapeutic environment to facilitate the personal journey of restoration to wholeness. We employ a holistic approach to wellbeing which engages the physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of a person’s life. We believe restoration is possible through the combination of therapeutic modalities, individual progress and the healing power available through Jesus Christ.Jono Murray is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association who brings the combination of formal education and life experience to the counselling space. He has a genuine desire to assist people in their life journey, particularly those who have a need to experience restoration to wholeness.Jono’s work life includes over 10 years in the NSW Police Force, and more recently was the Associate Pastor at Boambee Community Baptist Church. Jono has completed a Diploma of Counselling through the Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC) and is pursuing further study through the Australian College of Ministries. He is married with three teenagers and enjoys many outdoor activities such as mountain biking and hiking.
