As the founder of Accept-ional Wellbeing, I offer tailored counselling
and psychotherapy services informed by both lived and professional experiences
in human and community services encompassing a wide range of challenges,
including personality disorders, homelessness, unemployment, substance use
disorders, PTSD, incarceration, family and domestic violence, sexual abuse, isolation,
grief and loss, suicide and suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, and, physical
mental and intellectual disabilities. This expertise is supported by a Bachelor
in Psychology and Counselling and current studies in a Master of Counselling.
I provide individual counselling for personal growth,
stress, anxiety, and mood disorders. My services include counselling for life
transitions, grief, culturally informed counselling that respects diverse
backgrounds, and mental health interventions for crisis support and long-term
management. I specialise in trauma-informed counselling and workplace and
career counselling for transitions, stress, and conflict resolution.
Compassionate grief and loss support is also available.
My goal is to empower clients to achieve well-being,
self-awareness, and resilience through a compassionate, culturally sensitive,
and evidence-based approach.
