I currently live in Batemans Bay to continue my career as a trauma-informed practitioner/caseworker.After spending much of my career in many different areas of family intervention care, counselling and case management, I feel a true sense of purpose and motivation in creating a safe, inviting, and personalized service to support families and young people. I now specialized in trauma support for families, and domestic violence and sexual assault therapy. I enjoy working from a systems approach and find using the different systems in place may be influential in determining a client’s goals and risk management assessment and planning. I have devoted 4+ years of my practice working with at-risk populations and underprivileged communities, working with young people and families, and the last 2 years as a fulltime specialist family counsellor in women and children refuge, on outreach and in clinical settings.Training in Evidence-Based Modalities and key licenses: I have training in the following modalities.
