Julia is a highly qualified counsellor and offers a caring professional service.Julia is qualified in Trauma-Focused Therapy and specialises in working with trauma and attachment.She has had years of  experience working with parenting and currently facilitates Circle of Security and Tuning into Kids and Tuning into Teens.  Prior to undertaking her counselling studies she worked for many years as a school nurse and a GP Nurse. She also has years of experience in working with sexual abuse, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss.
