Offering Confidential Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy from a Background in Counselling,Social Work & Behavioural Psychology in Private Practice Berri, South Australia.Experience extensively in the fields of Women’s mental health, Domestic & Family Violence, safety and wellbeing, in the Trauma field and Criminal Justice System as a Counsellor with Victims of Crime and also in Men’s Mental Health and wellbeing as a Rural Community Drought Counsellor.I work with Individuals and families around issues of Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Couple and Family issues, Problem solving, Building resilience & Self Esteem, Emotional Regulation, Trauma, Loss and Grief. Also contracted Road Trauma Support Service (RTST) Counsellor for the Riverland region, working with people involved in or affected by vehicle accidents, facilitating group counselling work and education sessions.Maintining an ongoing commitment to my own professional development I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate positive support and change with clients.Registered Level 2 with The Australian Counselling Association since 2009 & I specialise in trauma work and am a Nationally Registered Supervisor with the ACA College of Supervisors Ask me about RET (Radical Exposure Tapping) for treatment of trauma and Compulsive behaviours, telehealth options & Private Health Rebates.
