Counselling is another form of consultation you can seek help and resources from when you encounter difficulties such as individual development, children’s issue, relationship and emotion struggle in life. As your counsellor, I promise you will be provided a safe and confidential environment and a pair of hearing ears without judgment but with empathy and understanding from me. I will try my best to facilitate you within my competency while you have the full discretion to make your own life decision. My PathComing from an East Asian background, I have faced various mental health challenges since the age of 14. Fortunately, I received intensive counselling (IFS, EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy from accredited therapists during my journey to becoming a professional counsellor. Based on my personal experience, I can confidently attest to the effectiveness of these therapeutic approaches.Approach to TherapyThe counselling session will be conducted in the spirit of person-centered, collaborative and compassionate endevour. The specific approach will be customised according to your own issue and characteristics. The counsellor is trained with career counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and Internal Family System. Language: Mandarin & English
