I have a passion for working with people and have worked for over 20 years helping women, and more recently men, navigate life’s challenges through group facilitation and training and support.

I hold a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Diploma in Counselling, as well as many other accreditations in training and mental health.

I have a relaxed and easy going style and use solution focused, narrative and cognitive behavioural therapy to help you navigate challenges and live a calm and happy life.

I am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association, verified by Psychology Today and attend regular supervision and professional development.
