I am dedicated to providing compassionate counselling services to people
struggling or in need if support. I am an active Crisis Supporter at
Lifeline Australia but outside of suicide prevention I have a passion in the area of grief and loss, and
also in pre and post-natal support. Grief and anxiety can be challenging to
navigate, and those grieving can often feel very isolated, also overwhelmed if
helping others while struggling themselves. Having someone to talk to through
this time can help relieve the burden, allow the chance for thoughts and
feelings to be processed and forge a purposeful path forward.

Pregnancy, birth and the first year with your baby is a
stage in your life unlike any other. Express your needs and concerns. Learn
coping strategies, feel supported and empowered as you move through pregnancy, birth
and the first year of your child’s life. From a place of deep understanding and
insight, I will help you work through your issues, while helping you feel stronger
and more confident during this time.
