As a person-centred counsellor trained in acceptance commitment therapy and family therapy, I’m here to help women through these transitions with understanding, compassion and lived experience. Alongside my counselling qualifications, I’m also a seasoned yoga, mindfulness, and meditation teacher, which allows me to offer a holistic approach to support your well-being.Adjusting to midlife changes can be challenging, but it is also an opportunity to embrace and accept this transformative phase. By understanding your body’s stress responses and learning about your nervous system, we can work together to restore your energy and vitality, helping you to feel more connected to you, and at peace.Grief and loss are profound experiences that can arise during midlife. Honouring your emotions and finding a genuine path toward healing is crucial. I offer a compassionate space where you can explore these feelings and begin the healing process.If you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression, you will find gentle, effective support tailored to your needs through evidence-based therapy.
