Katherine is a passionate and dedicated counsellor, delivering a person centred holistic approach with all clientele. Katherine specializes in trauma informed therapy.Katherine has recently completed a degree in Dementia Care and understands the complexities of a dementia diagnosis for the client as well as the difficulties which may arise for the family and carers. Katherine applies a succinct knowledge of the neurobiolgy of the nervous system and neurological disease to facilitate effective counselling outcomes.Katherine currently operates her own business Inner U Vitality, providing holistic counselling, EAP support for Converge International and Allos Australia, Dementia education support and Accredited Mental Health First Aid Training both face to face and online.Katherine also facilitates Wellbeing Workshops in the workplace and community. Katherine provides a warm and empathic approach to Mental Health First Aid Training and understands the complexities of mental health illness. Katherine is aware of the multi-level needs in the area of disability, aged care support, homeless services, family and domestic violence and childhood developmental trauma.
