I use a person centred approach to counselling, supporting my clients to feel empowered to continue their personal growth and to overcome whatever challenges they may be facing.I utilise many aspects of different therapies in our session, depending on the varying needs of each client. Some examples include play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy, and interpersonal family therapy.I offer counselling sessions to children, adolescents, young adults and families at The Mind Clan practice in Richmond. I am also currently offering video sessions to any age group during the current COVID-19 restrictions.
