Hello dear reader,

I love to work with kids (age 3 – 13) and their families.
Together we will play, create, dance, stretch, get out in nature and a load of
other things too. I utilise play and creative therapies where possible as talk
doesn’t always suit children. 

I love to teach parents about mindful awareness for their
own stress levels and wellbeing. It’s also a thrill to model the power of play for
parents/caregivers and see their play confidence expand.

Since the early 2000’s, I have worked with children and their
physical, behavioural and emotional concerns using Japanese body therapies such
as Shiatsu and Shonishin.  These
modalities are calming and therapeutic for so many children. Many techniques
can be learnt and performed at home by caregivers.

I am based in Lakes Entrance, Victoria. I work from a number
of primary schools and also have a part time private practice capacity. Please
