20 years in banking and finance related industries, and then a further 6 years in the transport industry it was time for a change. I found remedial massage relaxing so decided to study this modality to help others feel relaxed and energised. From here I left the corporate world to start my own private practice in the hub of Northwest Sydney in Quakers Hill. I felt something still lacking and found many massage clients would open up and discuss personal issues during their massage, so decided to commence a Bachelor of Counselling with ACAP, the Austalian College of Applied Psychology. During the set up phase I volunteered for a community organisation called ADRA assiting those less fortunate with free counselling and food assistance. I completed an internship in the addictions unit of Northside West and went on to start private practice with later completing a Diploma in Clinical Hynotherapy and NLP. I am drawn to most modalities of counselling including positive psychology. Areas of interest are, addictions, anxiety,depression (in particular those suffering low self esteem). I continue to work from my office in Quakers Hill 2763 whilst also providing telephone and secure video sessions.
