My role is to collaborate with you as the expert of your own experience, helping you uncover and embrace these inherent strengths.I utilise a range of therapeutic techniques including person-centred therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
