I have an extensive experience working with children and adolescents of varying ages. This experience includes multiple years working in the NDIS sector with young people diagnosed with ASD. I received my Master of Counselling from Monash University and have started working as a Wellbeing Coordinator in a Secondary School. My experience in the school sector affords me with the opportunity to assist young people and their families with various issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, ASD, ADHD, trauma, family dynamics, school engagement, and grief. I pride myself of developing strong therapeutic relationships with my students. I use a variety of therpeutic strategies, including interpersonal therapy, person-centered therapy, and ACT.
