I feel passionately about providing a safe space for my clients to talk, feel, explore, develop skills and ultimately to heal. Many of us are carrying painful memories, anxious thoughts, difficult emotions and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. I believe when you find someone you can connect with, you can begin the process of healing and developing not only better relationships with others but with yourself. If you're looking for someone to accompany you on that journey, I would consider it an honour to be your companion.
I focus my practice on Women's therapy. I combine a number of approaches including psycho-education and practical approaches that can give you the tools to take care of your mental health and deal with life’s challenges. I combine these with a person-centred approach which offers empathy, care and kindness in a warm and confidential space.
As a woman who has struggled with self-worth, I have experienced the transformative power of a trusting, collaborative and invigorating woman to woman therapeutic relationship. If you choose to take the first step, I will be with you every step of the way and together we can help you gain new insights and discover a new way of being.
