Kristina is a mature, relatable woman with two adult
children and a lot of lived experience, including being the primary support for
her mother who lived with advanced dementia for the last several years of her
life. In the past 30 years, Kristina has personally been through all the
relational ups and downs of marriage, and since 2013, separation, divorce, dating,
and re-partnering.

Kristina has combined her personal experience of hot &
cold pizza, extensive education background, counselling & speaking skills
to create Hot Pizza; an online & face-to-face counselling, learning, and
healing service. She helps people with general life issues such as stress,
loss, grief, change, transitions, family and, most specifically, with
relationship issues.

Kristina believes
that most problems in life stem from our relational issues. These issues can be
understood, addressed, improved, or released to help you get unstuck and move
forward.

She loves helping individuals or couples to:
