My name is Kritika and I am a qualified and registered counsellor with ACA (Australian Counselling Association). I completed my post-graduation in counselling in Melbourne, Victoria. I love to create an environment/atmosphere where it is safe for someone to begin their journey of healing. Most importantly, I want to be the counsellor that I wish I had found on my own journey of healing. I have completed my bachelor studies in physiology, which means I understand the physiological symptoms of any client.I strive to establish a safe, collaborative atmosphere for everyone to be able to help clarify the deeper issues, explore the options and choices available, develop strategies, and increase a persons self-awareness and worth.  In my spare time, I love cooking as I find it therapeutic for me, whilst listening to pop tunes.
