outdoor counselling for the earth soul

Hello! I offer outdoor nature-based and
somatic sessions in nipaluna/Hobart. I draw on ritual and
ceremony, deep listening,
presence, playfulness, and meditation, as doorways into wholeness.

I welcome those who are feeling depressed, isolated, purposeless, grief-stricken, anxious, or simply not completely yourself. 

I also welcome those who would like to deepen your own earth connection.

I will journey
with you to be present with and honour whatever is. Together, we will create
space for you to (re)remember your intrinsic wholeness.

Sessions might involve walking & talking, guided
earth connection practices, sitting and being
outside, body/sensory focusing practice, or receiving a harp/flute sound
journey. Whatever we end up doing, we'll be finding pathways for you to
share what's happening for you right now, and, ultimately we're moving
towards a place of clearness and clarity in your being.
