Laura is a professional Counselling Psychotherapist who provides a safe, respectful and confidential therapeutic space for individuals to explore and develop deep insights about themselves and their relationship with others.While focusing on triggers and conflicts in everyday life, Laura works with clients to understand the associations between significant relationships and earlier life experiences - making reasonable links between past and present learned patterns of adaptive and maladaptive behaviour.Through person-centred attunement (Carl Rogers), analytical and symbolic processes (Carl Jung) and through experiential felt-sense and emotion-focused processes (Eugene Gendlin) individuals develop self-compassion and authenticity, as they integrate painful experiences (and past trauma's) in truthful and meaningful ways. As clients develop greater   pschological maturity (individuation) they become more aware of personal values and motivations, gaining new insight about the meaning and purpose of significant aspects of their life.
