I have been working in the Community Services field since 2015. I am passionate to help people with all form of disabilities and the elderly in the community. I decided to study my Diploma in Counselling to grow my understanding in behaviour and emotional management. I work with person-centred approach, I am a good listener and after knowing the person, I can be open to empathise with, encouraging and help to empower them.I can help people that struggle with conditions such as: depression, anxiety, explosive anger, management of harmful emotions, behaviours of concern, difficulties coping with traumatic experiences or events. I can help and develop problem-solving skills by helping individuals to clarify issues and explore options together to find out the viable solution/s to the problem/s that cause any changes in their life. I can work in different environments by leading group counselling sessions at workplace or families, liaising with other mental health professionals, all whilst maintaining confidential records.My tools: Mindfulness; Music Therapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Motivational Interviewing; Coaching; Solution-Focused Therapy; Debriefing and Grief TherapyMy aim is to be there to provide help when necessary and increasing your capacity building, setting goals and plans to achieve wellness and motivation, and help you to start living life more freely and meaningfully. Operational Hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Saturday: from 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM. Sunday: Closed. I have after hours services if you contact us through the website at the purple ENQUIRY button. SMS message through: Text Message, WhatsApp, Messenger, Skype or Instagram. I work Public Holiday through our After-hours system.Get the support you need with one phone call.Service Implementation with-in 24 hours of referral and determining compatibility.I provide services in person at the following regions: Bayside, Boroondara, Casey, Frankston, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Knox, Maroondah, Monash, Stonnington and Whitehorse.
