I have always been passionate about women’s health, and all issues affecting the physical and mental wellness of women of all ages. I am particularly interested in those who have experienced complex trauma, PTSD and any marginalised groups. In the past, I have worked with incarcerated women, helping them transition from prison life back into free society. More recently I had the pleasure of delivering Personal Development sessions for groups of intellectually disabled adults, and individual counselling for those who were looking to improve their independence and quality of life. I am a registered NDIS provider. My practice is based upon the premise that no problem is too big or too small to tackle, and it is never too late to seek help and make the changes necessary for a healthier lifestyle.
